The Lunch & Learn is an opportunity to come around the table with a group of leaders regardless of where they are on their leadership development journey to study leadership and growth principles.   

Facilitated group discussions will be an opportunity for leaders to share key takeaways from the learning. This promises to be the most insightful, productive, and engaging lunch break you have ever had!  Leadership topics include

COACHING

I am a Transformational Life Coach who guides clients to tap into their maximum potential by obtaining unique perspectives on their fears and barriers of limiting beliefs.  I ask the right questions rather than providing answers.  My coaching involves integrating my client’s visions, values, goals, and dreams in order to help them overcome resistance and lead a life that is in alignment with their inner values.   

I facilitate self-learning and then help my clients translate the learning into an actionable plan that leads to desired goals by offering two levels of coaching support:  

Individual Coaching One-on-one private and confidential coaching over six to ten weeks.  

I help you increase self-confidence, self-awareness and examine areas of your lives where you may harbor limiting beliefs. Together, we will create a strategic action plan for you to discover your own calling, pursue your passion and dreams, and identify true personal values. You will begin to gain clarity through a weekly process including, interaction and accountability.

Group Coaching – small setting onsite or Zoom online platform over eight weeks  

Group life coaching is a shared experience of belonging with others who are on the quest for growth and development. The assistance offered in group coaching helps clients reach beyond their comfort zones while building relationships and connections with others.  Every member benefits not only from their own experience and development but also from that of other participants in the group. You will begin to gain clarity through weekly meetings that are held in a fun safe environment.  This platform offers facilitation of:  

  • What are you thinking?   
  • What questions are you asking?   
  • How are you listening and responding? 

MASTERMIND GROUPS   

Sessions typically run one hour every ten weeks

Being a mastermind will truly give you a Master Mind.  There is a synergy of energy, commitment, and excitement that participants bring to a mastermind group. My facilitated groups offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, education, accountability, and support in a group setting to sharpen your professional and personal skills. You can’t help but think bigger and stretch beyond your boundaries when surrounded by amazing people doing amazing things.  As you learn to know, it will push you to grow.

DISC-PERSONALITY PROFILE AND ASSESSMENT

This tool is designed to assess the individual leader according to 64 important factors along with a self-assessment. Through this comprehensive 360-degree assessment, leaders accurately identify both their areas of strength and their opportunities for growth. This self-knowledge and team knowledge results in better relationships with each personality increased confidence, effective strategies for handling conflict and personality clashes, and more targeted leadership development.   

As a certified Maxwell DISC Trainer and Consultant, I will teach you about the different personality indicators; Dominant, Influencer, Steady, and Compliant and provide you guidance as you move into new levels of growth and awareness.  There are three programs to choose from:
